1. Acceptance of T&Cs: By ordering products from the store deli in a RePlay container and submitting a completed postcard entry form at the in-store smart bin during the Promotion Period, you agree to these terms and conditions of this promotion.
2. The promotion: During the Promotion Period, customers that order products from the in-store deli in a RePlay returnable container will receive a postcard entry form that can be completed and submitted into the in-store smart bin when returning that container to the store after use and will go into the draw for a prize of a $100 New World shopping voucher, with six vouchers total available to be won (one for each week of the Promotion Period).
3. How to borrow a RePlay container: During the first week of the Promotion Period, from 18 May 2026 to 24 May 2026, all products ordered at the deli in a container will be supplied in a RePlay returnable container at no cost. For the remainder of the Promotion Period, customers will need to tap an accepted payment card at the deli in order to receive a RePlay returnable container, this is known as 'tap to borrow'. 'Tap to borrow' RePlay customers will have a temporary hold of $1 placed on their card. If the container is returned within 4 weeks of receiving the container from the deli, then there will be no charge. If the container is not returned within 4 weeks of receiving the container from the deli, then the customer will be charged $3. If the customer returns the container between 4 weeks and 6 months from receiving the container from the deli, they will receive a $1 refund on that $3 charge.
4. How to enter the draw: When ordering from the deli in a RePlay container during the Promotion Period, customers will receive a postcard entry form for entering the draw. Customers who wish to enter the draw need to complete this entry form and submit it to the in-store smart bin when they return their container to the store via the in-store smart bin. Containers and the entry form must be returned during the Promotion Period. Participating customers will receive one entry per container returned to the store via the in-store smart bin during the Promotion Period.
5. The draw: There are six weekly draws, one for each week of the Promotion Period, each for one prize of a $100 New World shopping voucher. Winners will be drawn by 8 am on Monday, 1st June, and each subsequent Monday for 6 weeks. Draw dates are: 1 June 2026, 8 June 2026, 15 June 2026, 22 June 2026, 29 June 2026 & 6 July 2026. Winners will be selected at random by store staff. Winners will be announced by the store on the Monday of the following week via its social media page and in store notice board. Winners may also be contacted directly at the contact details provided in their entry form.
6. Claiming your prize: Winners must collect their voucher in store at customer service within 14 days of announcement. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not collect within this period, a redraw will be conducted at the store's discretion. The redrawn winner is subject to the same terms and conditions.
7. Eligibility: The promotion is eligible to NZ residents aged 18+. Employees of the store and RePlay Returnables, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
8. Privacy: Your personal information may be used to conduct this promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this promotion. By entering this promotion or accepting the prize, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes. The New World Privacy Policy available at https://www.newworld.co.nz/privacy-policy (as updated or replaced from time to time) will apply to all personal information that we collect from you in connection with this promotion.
